Account Verification After Login In LuckyBird
LuckyBird asks for verification when it needs to confirm your identity, age, and payment details, or when a transaction triggers compliance checks.
Verification is required before the first withdrawal, and it can also be triggered after a password reset, a change of email or phone number, or a login from a new device or country.
LuckyBird can pause withdrawals while checks run, and it may ask for updated documents if earlier files are expired, unclear, or no longer match your profile details.
- ID: Government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card, or driving licence). The file needs to show your full name, date of birth, document number, and expiry date.
- Address: Proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or council tax letter). The document must show your full name and current residential address.
- Payment method: Proof that you own the deposit method. For cards, LuckyBird may ask for a photo of the card with the middle digits covered and the CVV hidden, showing only the first 6 and last 4 digits plus your name and expiry date if present. For e-wallets, it can request a screenshot of the account page showing your name and email.
- Selfie check: A live selfie or photo of you holding your ID, or a short video check, used to match the ID to the account holder.
- Source of funds: Bank statements or payslips when deposit or withdrawal patterns exceed internal thresholds, when the payment method changes, or when deposits come from multiple instruments.
Right now, LuckyBird verification is a transaction-gated process: you can log in and play, but withdrawals and certain account changes trigger document checks.
